- In Citizen Broad Band System (CBRS) in the US, eNB needs to obtain permission to transmit radio waves from the Spectrum Access System (SAS).A Domain Proxy (DP) can be used as a bridge for eNBs that don't have all the logic they'd need to talk to the SAS, or in general to aggregate messages from multiple eNBs.
